We highlight ten distinct Latin American nations throughout the year, with each country being featured for a month. During this month, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a specially curated menu that showcases the country’s unique culinary traditions.

Mimi’s Latin Cuisine intends to create a brand that conveys its core values of simplicity, a clean and straightforward flavor profile, and top-notch service. The company aims to employ a media-centric and visually appealing marketing strategy, utilizing Instagram and other social media platforms, outdoor advertising, a comprehensive CRM with a unique loyalty and referral program. A combination of outbound and inbound marketing channels will be utilized, with online marketing serving as a key driver in our sales funnel. Chef Kyke Mendoza hopes to open Mimi’s Latin Cuisine in the summer of 2024 to please the palates of Washington DC’s residents.
